I am Alex Kampman. After years of experience at various brand dealers, I decided to start my own car garage in 2013. What started modestly in a small garage box has grown into a flourishing company with two locations and a dedicated team of eight professionals.

In recent years, we have tinkered, repaired, polished and sold with great pleasure and dedication, resulting in major expansions. The most striking of these is the opening of a second location in Dordrecht (Weeskinderendijk 31) at the beginning of 2023. From 2023, our used car showroom will be located in Dordrecht and our garage (including 20% of our used car range) will be in Zwijndrecht. In addition to the expansion with the arrival of this second location, our car range has become much more varied and generous in recent years, our team has grown, the number of car bridges has increased considerably and our services have become more complete. At the same time, Manninck has grown into a modern garage with contemporary and progressive communication tools. For example, we offer customers an app (talking about contemporary), with which they can, among other things, schedule their workshop appointments, view the complete maintenance history and even perform an initial self-diagnosis if a light unexpectedly comes on.

Despite the recent developments and growth, owner Alex does not intend to slow down. He likes to continue to develop and improve himself: 'I see Manninck as a tool to share all my knowledge and skills, so that I can add value with regard to cars. I think that you only really help the customer by asking the right questions and listening to what the need is. Personally, when making a purchase, I want to provide a good and fact-based explanation of the product and let the customer experience optimum ease of use. All our customers should be treated in the same way that I would like to be treated myself.'
